Toepassingen<\/strong><\/td>\n1-Ply Panel wordt vooral gebruikt als plaatbekledingsmateriaal, waarbij de bamboe dubbelzijdig op een ondergrond (bijvoorbeeld MDF of spaanplaat) wordt geperst.<\/p>\n

Zoals wandpanelen, plafonds, vloeren, meubels (tafelbladen, kasten, enz.), deuren, verkeersborden, akoestische binnenwandpanelen en gebogen ambachten (onderzetters, deksels, taarttoppers, kaarten enz.)<\/td>\n

Een meerlaagse fineerplaat wordt normaal gesproken op beide panelen geperst (zoals spaanplaat, multiplex of MDF\/HDF, multiplex), zoals longboards, surfplanken, skateboards en andere producten zoals (bekers, zonnebrildozen, notebooks, ventilatorbladen, lucht telefoons, lampenkappen) en meubels met andere materialen (golfstoelen, tafelbladen). Afhankelijk van de beste flexibele fysieke eigenschappen kunnen de fineren perfect hechten aan oppervlakken met complexe vormen, zoals de middenconsole van de auto<\/p>\n

3 mm bamboe multiplex is ook geschikt voor lasersnijden om diverse knutselwerkjes, gelei en kaarten te maken.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

Fineerplaten van 3 mm dik hebben een breder toepassingsgebied dan bamboeplaten van dezelfde dikte. Bamboefineer is flexibeler en hecht perfect aan oppervlakken met ronde randen, hoeken en andere complexe vormen zonder dat er scheuren ontstaan. Fineerplaten van ongeveer 3 mm dik worden aanbevolen voor rechte oppervlakken, zoals bureaubladen, tafelbladen, enzovoort.<\/p>\n<\/div>
