Omdat bamboe een hygroscopisch materiaal is (het absorbeert en geeft vocht af afhankelijk van de omgevingsluchtvochtigheid), is omgevingscontrole cruciaal.<\/p>\n<p>Hieronder vindt u richtlijnen voor vochtige klimaten of in een klimaatgecontroleerde opslagruimte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Een te hoge luchtvochtigheid kan de volgende problemen veroorzaken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwelling en diktevariatie<\/li>\n<li>Oppervlaktevorm<\/li>\n<li>Lijmlijnspanning of delaminatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Een lage luchtvochtigheid kan de volgende problemen uur<\/strong> in de ruimte waar het gebruikt zal worden.<\/li>\n<li>Houd de vellen tijdens de acclimatisatie plat en beplak ze met stickers, zodat ze niet kromtrekken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bamboe panelen moeten op dezelfde manier worden opgeslagen als hoogwaardig hardhouten multiplex: <strong data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2814\">vlak, droog, ondersteund, geventileerd en
