MESUN bamboo veneers are produced from 100% Moso bamboo and are available in both horizontal (wide) and vertical (narrow) grain patterns. Bamboo veneer is thinly sliced from solid bamboo boards and re-sized by joining slices with glue lines. Based on the number of layers, we offer both 1-ply and multi-ply bamboo veneers. For flexible bamboo veneers, a strong cellulose fleece is applied to the back to prevent tearing during handling and to facilitate adhesion to substrates.
Typically, we apply strong cellulose fleece at the back of flexible veneers (single layer construction) to prevent tearing during handling and make it easy to stick on substrates like MDF/HDF, plywood, particleboard, and wood board. Bending bamboo veneers are widely for car, van interior, hotel decorations and furniture
Multi-layer bamboo veneer board is formed by pressing single-layer bamboo veneers into an interlaced (cross-laminated) structure. The muliple bamboo boards have a high-flexibility can be used for outer constrctions like cups, interior decorations, fan blades, wall panels, laser cutting artworks, name cards, bags etc.. Fire-retardant treated multi-layer bamboo ceiling boards are also available.
In addition, we offer bamboo edge bands that can perfectly adhere to surfaces of diverse shapes. All our bamboo bending veneers are packed in PP bags and surrounded with wood plywood to ensure safe transportation.
